The Kaiser of the Aurum Empire and highest (human) figure of the Church of Alexandyr. He is said to have the Blood of Alexandyr.

Kaiser Maximilian I formed the Empire during the Revolutionary Wars by negotiating with the kingdoms and working class as much as possible. The kings forfeited their monarchies and converted to the church but retained much of their own identities and own methods of worship. He does a weekly walk-through of the streets of the capital, Goldstadt, to interact with the common folk.
