The party died when the Hierophant’s ritual failed and necrotic energy flooded into the room – but that wasn’t the end. They all awoke in the Overthere, the afterlife all souls are destined for. The party had no time to grieve their own deaths as they were beset by monstrous creatures… and soon it became clear that Ryybyn was closer to being one of those monsters.
